Reusing Resources

We believe in reusing the resources that are on the property to make it better.

The old barn area has become our sawmill area where we are taking the trees we have had to cut down and milling them into wood to transform the property with a wonderful wood fence. In addition, wood will be used to make benches, picnic tables and accents for the cottages. Smaller trees and branches are being chipped for mulch for along the new fence line and flower beds.

The old tin roof will be used to create and art walk across the village where local artists and students will be invited to share their talents.

Phase One

Build first set of cottages, create new entrance to village, design community center.

Picture shows the overall property layout and the small box is the area for phase one.
